The story, briefly.

Marie's grandmother ran a bakery in Tualatin from 1962 until 2004. The pastrami brine is hers. The rye is hers. The mustard is hers.

Marie added the slaw.

We open at 10. We close at 3. We close when the bread is gone, whichever comes first.
